Wife (no pics) has a cousin within the Seahawks franchise. Pete isn’t happy up there and is ready for a change, specifically a change to the colllege scene. He’s been wanting to do this for a couple of seasons now, but no programs were paying what he would like. He knows he’s got one more stop left in him and he wants to make bank.
When Woody floated the 10-12mil figure, Pete jumped on it hard. Cousin thinks this will be public knowledge by beginning of December.

Pretty sure Pete burned his bridge at USC when he jumped ship right before they got hit with NCAA sanctions.
