What Commercials Do A Poor Job Advertising The Product?

I have to go with Caesars. I assume most people who plan on betting sports know what the commercial is about, but I would think you would want to appeal to people who might be interested and if that's the case the commercial really doesn't do a good job explaining what it is.
Some black dude dressed like Caesar saying to the crowd "I am, you are, we are".. Why not appeal to sports fans that says "if you are a sports fan this is for you". For some reason that commercial just annoys me because I think it doesn't do what its supposed to do.

The ones where it’s obvious they’ve spent more time focused on checking off intersectional boxes than making a good commercial. It’s obvious from the beginning and it turns a lot people off from whatever product is being advertised.

Most sports fans are smart enough to realize what this commercial is about. You must not be one of them.

Any perfume/cologne ad is a mystery.

Go Daddy.
I had no idea what the hell that was by the commercial. Interesting commercials though.

When they were operating as William Hill with no advertising, no one knew about the app. Now every betting thread mentions Caesars. The ads are working.

Sonic. Portrayed as a fast food restaurant when it’s clearly a fight club.

any long car commercial that goes for the emotional approach and only shows a quick shot of the actual vehicle in question towards the end

Your years of marketing experience teach you this?

Lots of movie trailers are absolute shite and give you the wrong impression of the movie.

Almost every gaming scam site run by the Chinese is registered on GD. Most use some National Monument or Historical Site as the physical address.

Pearl Milling Company pancakes. That’s the new name of Aunt Jemima pancakes but I guess no one was responding to the original commercial because now a graphic that says something like “same great taste as Aunt Jemima” appears on screen. So now they draw even more attention to the Aunt Jemima name.
