Looking like having generational talents like Burrow, Chase, Jefferson maybe made this guy look way better than he is.

BINGO!
AND I might ad we dont need him at LSU. I said it before and I will say it again..."E" was behind most of the success of 2019.

yeah especially when he won the Broyles Award and he and everyone else at LSU admitted Brady didn't call the plays

I am pretty sure Joe Brady is the only Non-OC or Non-DC to win the Award

So where was it in 2018 and 2019?

E is a mediocre OC.

His Red Zone Offenses have routinely been ranked in 90-100s when it comes to scoring TDs.

“In 2018 We got better as the season went on!”

Then why did we score 45 VS Ole Miss and 24 vs Arkansas? Why did we score 24 offensive point against A&M in regulation?

Not much

They have a crappy oline, but they have pretty good receivers. Way better than what the saints been rolling out with all year.

Wrong. E may have called some plays. But Brady designed the entire offense, the routes, the combos, etc. It was his baby.

I mean clearly he had a major impact, but people wanted to assign this mythical quality to him. I've argued for years now any good spread OC could have worked with Slinger (or on his own) with Burrow, Chase, Jefferson, etc. Brady didn't do anything magical.

They both contributed, and they both benefitted from having basically a pro QB on our roster that could handle advanced concepts, change plays at the line, and lead the offense at all times.

It‘a weird that E only really benefited from that in 2019 and against G5 teams in 2018

I really haven't paid attention to the Panthers. I know CMac is hurt, but how good is that team's potential?

CMac is typically their entire offense and he's often injured. Then their QB is Sam Darnold. Eh.. Might be all you need to know.

I’m surprised by that to be honest. I didn’t expect him to blow up, but I thought he’d be more of a factor. He’s got elite size and speed.

Not hard to stop when Sam Darnold is your QB, you have a bad offensive line, your star RB is hurt so you have to start a rookie, and you have 1 standout weapon at WR.

Maybe this will get him to come back to college...Panthers are trash. Rhule is trying to save his own arse. Qbs suck, Wrs suck, and Rb's hurt/bad. Come on down Joe

Does Rhule still wear potato sacks on the field?
