It would be a mistake for Trump to mention this at all. He absolutely could send it through the roof but you have to figure between politicians and Feds hating him and the tech giants not wanting competition, this will be under a strict microscope as they look for any reason to find SEC violations or laws broken to make it crash and burn. He needs to be quiet, let his supporters do the work for him.

So are you saying that after a year, I can say hey I want my warrant converted to class A stock. And my $7.38 purchase becomes whatever the stock price is at that time?

I have some of that. Not much. It has a good long term trend if I bank profit off of this DWAC I may roll some more into it

No, the warrant gives you the right to purchase the stock for a determined price (strike price). The strike price for DWAC warrants is $11.50.

So you paid $7.38 for the right to purchase 1 share of DWAC at $11.50 in one year. If the share price at that time is over $18.88, you profit. If it's less than $18.88 you lose money. Of course the price of the warrants will fluctuate during that time period as well, so you can sell, hold or buy warrants over the course of that year.

This. The warrants at $40 are way in the money ($51.50 breakeven), but the time component of them being locked up until next September, at least, will weigh on them.

Looks like it really starting to settle in a tick north of $100. Late surge puts this at $110 by the bell.
