… what would it be?
Conditions:
1. It has to be an object you can physically hold. No cars, etc.
2. It cannot have a practical function. No tools, etc.
3. You cannot profit from it in any way. No selling it, etc.
4. You do not have to worry about anyone stealing it no matter how famous or valuable it is.

There’s nothing I want that doesn’t have at least some practical function. Seriously, what object meets this definition?

Stock certificate showing I have ownership of 51% of Amazon
I can hold it
It's just paper
The certificate itself is not valuable, just what it represents.
It's just a piece of paper representative of the stock and not cash

So basically something that just takes up space?

I don’t know what my final answer would be, but I always thought it would be cool to own legitimate dinosaur skull/skeleton. Like not a replica but the real thing.

Yeah, I’m trying to think of literally anything that meets his definition. Even something as simple as a rock has various practical functions.
