I'm tired of hearing too... But what can he say.. My OC hasn't called a game to help my players.. My players aren't getting it done on the field??? But if he says that he is still the head man and it falls on his plate of responsibility

He doesn't know what to do. The CEO model has a lot of flaws when your assistants aren't experienced/top notch.

I am one who does like the guy but it is becoming clearer and clearer every day that he does not have the coaching acumen, respect of other coaches or connections to pulling the best staff.
You can see in his body language and hear in his comments he does not know the solution and has no answer. When that is the case people repeat the same thing. I am sure he means it and it is unfortunate he is in over his head.
