45, 175 lbs, 5’ 10”

Ran 5 miles this morning at 8:45 pace. Nice easy run at an easy pace. I’ve ran a mile in 7:30 as part of a 5k. I honestly don’t know what my one mile time is.

I ran a 7:35 mile last weekend. I’m almost 41 and about 200 lbs. I almost threw up and/or died

I run 3 miles 4 days a week. Always under 10 min a mile unless I’m super hungover. Usually around 9 mins 15 seconds. I do cardio 6-7 days a week if I take off a day or two I’m usually around 8 mins 45 seconds. 6ft around 175-180, 37 years old.

46, 6’ 180. I could do it but it would be close. I’m in my brisk walk years.

54, run every day. Pace is 9:20 mile or half marathon. It's all about the same. PR post 50 is 8.

All I’ve taken from this entire thread is how short most of you inbred coonasses are!

In. Sub 8 minute miler now. Helps that I was in the military for over 20 years (11 attached to USMC units). Ran the mile under 6 minutes.

Reading. I enjoy having the actual book, but may get the audio version just to get more details.

The audiobook is amazing! The ghostwriter narrates while goggins chimes in periodically. You get a good feel for his personality & mentality. He’s a different dude, but an example of someone that stopped making excuses & started focusing on results. Heads up, there’s a small amount of cursing

I ran half marathon last year at 9.15 min/mile. My normal pace is also about the same for 3 and 5 mile runs.

8 minute mile is a better barometer. 10 minutes you can practically walk
