Are you surprised? Why would the LDH block a possible early treatment for COVID if the state is dealing with such a terrible uptick in people getting sick?

The Louisiana Department of Health is ordering pharmacies not to fill those prescriptions unless there is a confirmed diagnosis of parasites, according to one source who spoke to me on condition of anonymity.

Why isn't the LDH refusing to fill prescriptions for opiates if they're worried about people being poisoned from taking medicine.
