If Napier ends up at LSU, I'm going to vote to replace Woodward.

Luckily Woodward swings for the fences. Woodward is going to go after someone big. Napier won't even be looked at.

Didn't realize we had BOS members hanging out on TD

Woodward has already made agent inquiries, I bet. He knows who he wants. Wouldn't surprise me.

There is one thing for certain. This LSU team couldn’t hang 49 on Ohio like UL is doing right now.

Should only be considered if we get shunned by several bigger names, more proven commodities.

I at first was against it. I suggest u reevaluate
And go read his history. One he was an all conf qb. His offenses have always been good. He’s shined in key areas as a OC like res zn top and turnovers. He recruits well also. ASU apushed hard for BN to stay as the oc when grantham was fired for Herm. And Herm agreed which is a solid endorsement bec for one that never happens and if anyone knows a good coach Herm Edwards does. He’s wked under saban and dabo.

And the day before we played UCLA you would have voted Coach O as the best 4 year head coach in the country. Now you want to fire him

Not that your takes were ever worth anything, but they have been so bad over the past 3 months they are now worth less than nothing.

If Woodward brings in Napier, it would be a homerun hire. He has literally built a program that consistently preforms above their talent level and has made it into the top 25 for the first time in their history.

People who don’t want Napier are fricking retarded.

But the Rant says Scotty only gets the best and LSU can get any coach they want!

Napier is big. He's already turned down multiple SEC jobs and has been a big school target the last few years. He seems to be waiting on Alabama or LSU to open up.

Sure you kick the tires on Urban Meyer, Hugh Freeze, Lane Kiffin, etc. but Napier is one of the bigger up and coming names, if you dont want a retread or cant poach somebody from a big school.

Lol youre going to be disappointed. Napier will likely be SW first choice. He has the reputation of being "Sabanlike" in coaching/admin circles.

Napier is boom or bust and Woodward will be tied to the hip to him,

If he brings Peterson to washington and Jimbo to A&M and then we end up with fricking Napier there’s going to be some serious questions,

Inb4 a bunch of pussys say “some sec schools want him”

We’re not South Carolina or Mississippi State.

Why isn’t USC interested?

Don't necessarily disagree with this statement. Who would you put on that list that would be considered swinging for the fences other than Urban Meyer?

Jay Johnson was not one of big fish candidates that everyone was screaming for in baseball but looks to be a good fit. He’ll do what’s best not what’s most popular for LSU

Saban wasn't that big in 1999. Just sayin.
