This is how the Smallpox vax was administered to children back in the mid 70s.
No parental consent, one day we were sent to the lunchroom, lined up and everyone was given the vax. I don't recall my parents reaction, but I remember my grandparents were furious.

Touch my kid without my permission see what happens. frick around and find out. Mama bear doesn’t come out often but this would make me rage with all the rage of the world in me.
