What kinda music do you listen to when working out?

It’s weird but I listen to soft rock. Idk why but it helps keep me focused and less “all over the place” like hard music does. Podcasts help me in the same way if I’m feeling like it.

ETA: I also kinda find it funny because no one expects someone next to them throwing weights is listening to the Doobie Brothers

Edm when I'm lifting. I like the beats. Podcasts while I'm running. Last podcast on the left is a goofy type up humor and you ain't gotta pay too close attention to know what's going on.

I’ve been listening to the same 1979 George Harrison album from start to finish whilst running daily for about a year and a half.

Yep, it’s eccentric to do so.
