Poles are fine all around 59/1088 area.
Are you sure, baw?
I randomly snapped this one yesterday about 1pm.

A tree severed the line (copper) running to the house. I called ATT and the "specialist" asked me if I restarted my gateway. I told them I have no power. She then checked to see if any outages were in my area. She found it to be out. Told her the line was cut on private property. She then asked me if she could set up a service ticket. Why yes please do so. She then told me since I didn't have the service plan that if the technician were to find the trouble in the house I would be responsible for the bill, fine, whatever. Appointment was for yesterday between 8am and 4pm. Anybody want to guess what didn't happen?

If you would've turned right on that street and gone down 4 blocks, you'd hit my street. Absolutely no work has been done by any electrical company in that whole area. It's all been done by the residents there/tree removal companies clearing the roads of trees. Lines, poles, transformers down all in that area still. Alot of that area is WSTE

Anyone know the status of Spectrum in the Madisonville area?
Posted on 9/5/21 at 10:52 am to DandA
Ya that area had cursory tree clearing done and that was it as of 1pm yesterday.
I photo'd that tree because it's a lol that whoever cut it left it hanging on the Charter Spectrum line like that... I drove past it 4 times and was just waiting for it to finally fall on the road in front of me.

I'm in TCE off of 21. The subdivision installed fiber about 6 months ago. As soon as it was installed I dropped Charter. Our subdivision never lost internet through the entire storm. If you had a generator to power your modem and wifi router you had internet.
