Friendly reminder to not leave your pets behind
Pack food & meds now so that you can evacuate quickly if needed
Write contact info on their collar or belly & make sure chip info is up to date
If you have spare space think about fostering for the week, local shelters are full & there is no room to take in animals from the shelters in lower parishes

Can someone post a link to the forecasted Category/Wind Speed line graph?
I can't seem to find it on the NOAA page.

I’m thirty-semn years old, and sitting in Thibodaux is currently the farthest north I’ve ever been for a hurricane

Calcasieu parish has given the voluntary evacuation notice. I guess for everyone that is still living in campers around the area.

Man, y’all get out of there. You’ll make it, but going without power in 95 degree heat in August will suck.
Y’all just get out for a few nights

Yep. You will probably see some "storm surge" come in. It will be gone before the rain flooding gets to you though.
Impossible to know how much rain will be dropped at this point which is your fear.

David Goggins said you need to make your inner bitch suffer, baw. No better way to do that then letting your sack weld to your thigh while getting eaten alive by mosquitos
