A Level Homes development. They're right in there with DR Horton and DSLD.

Run!

Spot on. Paying custom home prices for below DR Horton quality.

Brother-in-law sold a Level home last year in Americana. So many issues, from framing to plumbing. He paid out the arse for that home too and had to put in a few thousand just so it would satisfy the buyers' inspection.

They boast about their warranty, along with the Engquists being involved in Level. After seeing how they treated him, and denied warranty repairs within the window of making claims, I wouldn't knowingly patronize any busines owned by an Engquist/Waguespack/Charles Landry.

Have a 23' P4X that I got in December of 22'. First piece of advice is to consult ClubFrontier for any insight. Very thorough group of enthusiasts over there, especially for anything negative re: the 3rd Gen iteration.

If you pull the trigger I recommend doing the breather mod on the rear diff. The stock one is a piece of shite and your seals will eventually blow if you keep it. It's not a question of IF but WHEN.

There was also a recent TSB for transmission software. Make sure you flash that as it helps with the cruise control, which causes the truck to hit high RPMs on the slightest amount of incline.

Lastly, budget a few bucks for new tires. The Hankook AT2s are garbage. Seriously, they're slicker than owl shite and have no traction - in my experience.

Those are the only negatives that I have, as an owner. The turning radius isn't an anomaly with these trucks. It's well known and definitely a shortcoming, but not a deal killer. The truck looks sharp and performs well. I'm happy with my purchase and I recommend it, if you're inclined. I bought the extended warranty and plan on keeping it for a long time.
This nation's ancestors crushed skulls/tarred and feather'd politicians for whiskey taxes.

They'd (rightfully) refer to us all as emasculated lemmings, if they could see us today.
That's me, brother. Was a pleasure. Grabbed my bottle, checked the shelf for anything else of interest, paid, and headed back north.

I'll see you at a future meetup tho. Looking forward to it.
I showed up around 10:30 and was ~40th person in line. Met a few really cool folks. Reckon I'm going to pony up for a BRBS membership soon.

Second pour out of my first bottle of the standard iteration of Rare Breed. It's just as good, if not better, than the rye.

Colder than a well digger's arse. Time to start a fire.

MGP makes some good shite. 6yr has a more interesting finish compared to the 5. Both are easy drinkers.

Well, alrighty then. 2PD (first was Pinhook Vertical Series 5yr).

Reckon I'll be amongst y'all in line on Friday.
I've never attempted to get a bottle at Calandro's on release day. What time should I get there?

As an aside, I appreciate everyone who participates in this thread. Can't really say the same for my wallet, but my liquor cabinet has exploded in recent months due to the input ITT.
Plentiful poontang after the civil suits are won.

A long break in an isolated area for the time being.

Communists and pedophiles - or any combination of the two - aren't "people".

They're below maggots, in terms of biological hierarchy.

(and your equals, since you're simping for them).
An exercise of demoralization that will have an inversive effect.

There's an inorganic push for domestic conflict. Civil war is not a byproduct of political dissension but an endgame for international intervention on US soil.
