Coworker got the Moderna shots in February

Her and her husband both. This weekend they went to get the antibody test and neither of them have any Covid antibodies. 6 months and the vaccine is completely worthless
This is why positive cases are rising. Many people who got vaccinated early on are likely no more protected at this point than a non vaccinated person

I am not a vaccine priest so don’t take this as defending it…but a person could get a vaccine and not have antibodies after 6 months. That should be expected actually.

You don’t have antibodies for smallpox either. Does that concern you?
How many times must it be pointed out that antibodies ALWAYS disappear after a vaccination.

Post your medical degree since you know so much about how vaccines work

BECAUSE IT'S NOT A VACINNE!!!
IT'S GENE THERAPY!!!
IT'S GENE THERAPY!!!

Can you test like that to prove vaccine efficacy?
quote:
Because we do not yet have a correlate of protection, getting an antibody test to see if the vaccine worked is not as helpful as it would appear. Additionally, all antibody tests are not created equal, so some individuals have reported negative antibody tests after being vaccinated and are concerned that the vaccine did not work. Even if the vaccine worked, a vaccinated individual may get a negative result for two reasons:
quote:
What is measured — The current vaccines are based on the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, so a test that measures antibodies against any other part of the virus will not detect antibodies against spike proteins. As such, this type of test would not be helpful for someone trying to figure out if the vaccine worked. On the other hand, using an antibody test that does not detect spike proteins would be helpful for diagnosing a COVID-19 infection in someone who has been vaccinated, since antibodies against another part of the virus would mean that the individual was infected. Having different types of tests is important for different situations, but if individuals or providers do not choose the correct test, it can also lead to frustration and fear.
quote:
Accuracy of the test — In addition to choosing the correct test, individuals also need to consider the quality of the test. As the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approves vaccines, it also reviews and approves medical tests and devices. It is important to ensure that a test has been FDA reviewed because that means the data generated during development of the test showed that it works in the way it is advertised. Two important measures include:
Sensitivity — Indicates how often the test correctly identifies all of those people who were infected or vaccinated.
Specificity — Indicates how often the test correctly identifies only those people who were infected or vaccinated, and not others who weren’t.
quote:
False positives and false negatives can both cause issues, particularly depending on the situation. For example, if a test falsely indicates that a healthcare worker has antibodies against hepatitis B, they may not receive appropriate treatment following an accidental needlestick at work. On the other hand, if a pregnant woman gets a negative hepatitis B test, her baby may not receive the appropriate treatment to protect against hepatitis B infection immediately after birth.
Because we do not know what antibody tests mean in terms of protection and using inappropriate or low-quality tests wastes resources, antibody testing to check whether a COVID-19 vaccine worked is not recommended. Further if someone is tested, the results should be interpreted with caution.

But do their white blood cells recognize the COVID virus and thus defeat the virus more easily though?
I mean, that's really what vaccines are about, I mean scientifically not politically right?

That can't be true.... they said you would have antibodies....When are you un woke people gonna wake up?
Their all lying and trying to kill us.

Also, the warp speed Pres T was referring to caught Pharma off guard; therefore, the first 6 months of ppl being vax’d got a saline injection only. Pharma was not ready.

T-cell immunity is more important but there is no data on vaccines and t-cell immunity.

Mother of God. They have lied again and again, but no one ever said that.

I can accept someone being anti-vax, but suggesting it's gene therapy is really low IQ stupid.
Literally everything you eat and do causes genes to express themselves in certain ways. Exercising causes genes to be either suppressed or expressed. Aging causes genetic degradation as well.

You are conflating a therapy's reactions with immunity.
When you fight off a virus such as CoVID, the reaction is retained in your memory B cells, not in your antibody count. So the next time the memory cells come in contact with any variant of that virus, it triggers the production of antibodies
With the gene therapy of these mRNA shots, there is no triggering of the memory cells to ward off future exposures. So the dearth of antibodies is why they are requiring booster shots. They admit you have lost any protections from the jab.

Idiot. There's no other way to say it. Anyone who calls it "gene therapy" is not to be taken seriously. You need a better angle.

You realize that people that have had actual COVID also test negative for antibodies as well because of the reasons mentioned previously in this thread.

Oh Dear God, the studidity that has been exposed with this disease.
No you don't have antibodies for smallpox. You have memory cells that remember smallpox. Those cells then trigger the antibodies.
The MRNA shots do not create lifelong memory B cells.
