I don't see how they can keep Jones out of the rotation. He is too impactful to waste away on the bench.

Murphy has just been a revelation. Dribbling behind the back? Floaters? Elite defense?

We knew he could shoot, but man this kid is ready.

I mean to be fair, AP finished with 8 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists

Yea he lost the handle on the ball when receiving it and cost a few turnovers, but he wasn’t just plain awful

All Herb need is a season Fred to get that shot right and he'll be a complete player.

when you’re not even remotely a part of the future of this team, I’d rather Herb get more time on the court at 5 than him. Dude is just a big blob that just exists there and utilizes his size from time to time

Up that point differential Pels

FYI
Pels are 2-0 with a +32 pd
That's 5 points up on the second best 2-0 team, so we are technically leading summer league

I don't mind it. They have to give guys like AP minutes to get them to come from Latvia and play.

And besides, it's good for us to give our starters some time with a more traditional big on the floor, because we're going to start a traditional big in Valanciunas.

Didi was better in his first summer league TBH. He was a blur. Arguably Faster than Kira to be completely honest. He gained a bunch of good weight the past 2 years, but he lost his speed. And it’s still unclear whether or not he can shoot.

Another Note: Crewz is such a damn dunce with his Naji hating/minimizing crusade.

He’s one of the most likeable players in the league in my personal opinion. He plays every game like it is game 7 of the nba finals and he makes winning plays every single game.

And I love the fact he’s shown some off the bounce and creator skills as well. Doesn’t surprise me much as he was the guy at Xavier, but it’s still nice to see. He had flashes in nba games last year and he has been by far the best player on the court in the 2 games we have played thus far during summer league.

I like Kira and Murphy, but Naji is a freaking dog. He’s a win now piece and if he isn’t playing 15-20 mins a game next season, it’s probably a mistake. I remember a lot of games where Naji poured his heart and soul out on the court and helped us capture leads in the 4th only for those leads to dissipate when we reinserted Lonzo back into the game for optics/obligatory reasons more than him actually deserving to close the game out on certain nights.

We need guys who hustle and actually give a crap on defense. That was one of the biggest problems this team had last year. That’s why I like guys like Naji, Murphy, Jones, and even Hart. Watching a bunch of guys lose games and look like they’re not even trying is embarrassing and unwatchable.

Learned English and is an elite character guy, but it’s kind of tough to see him earning minutes on this team at the moment.

It’s going to be a near minimum deal full of team options. Even if all he does is play hard every day in practice pushing others, there’s value in that as a 15th man.
