It depends. Can I legally seek punitive damages from the pharmaceutical company, the pharmacy, the government, all the businesses that tell me I'm required to get it, etc. should I (at any point in the future) develop any side effects or any real or perceived negative effects associated from getting the "vaccine"?
Which brings me to the other issue I have with this "vaccine". If it's as perfectly safe as everyone claims it is, why did the government and the pharmaceutical companies demand immunity from liability for this perfectly safe "vaccine"?

My dad got worse on remdesivir, there are plenty of studies showing it is no better than placebo and may increase mortality. That is what I have seen. Pulmonary edema, not COVID lung. No cardiac issues. Recent cardiac eval 100% normal. Just one reason my daughter is going to law school with intent to pursue a career in medical malpractice.
