He really is the dumbest President we’ve ever had.

And says how this is going to reduce inflation and bragging about doubling the price of lumber…. Who the frick is happy about that? I just wonder every day if he can say anything dumber, and this has to be the dumbest thing he’s said since he’s been in office. And repeating reduce inflation three times in a row doesn’t matter when you’re bragging about doubling the price of lumber. What a fricking idiot.

Carter was in over his head, but relatively smart from an academic standpoint. From an intellect standpoint, Ford was (like all things Gerald Ford) middling, but he had a good dose of grandfatherly wisdom about him, that was also a bolster for Reagan.

HW, Nixon and Clinton were probably on the gifted scale (Clinton and Nixon maybe drifted into genius level). W was smarter than folks give him credit for and the opposite is probably true for Obama (although he was probably in the gifted range of intellect). Trump, likewise, eccentricities notwithstanding had a good combination of street and book smarts.

But, from an intellectual standpoint, I can't see LBJ being all that much smarter than Biden. Lots of similarities - corrupt to the core, racist, long-time Democrat political operatives with no other credentials, crude, dull witted and just charming and shrewd enough to become President (by any means necessary).

Going back further, Harding was probably "Joe Biden" dumb or worse, too.

Ummm, I spoke too soon. He’s got to go… I mean…. For frick’s sake. He says that Delaware has more corporations than than every state in America COMBINED

Even the clapping seals that were mindlessly applauding him were applauding him were like “Wait… WHAT?! Just the fact that you repeated that 3 times doesn’t make it true. What the frick did he just say?! Delaware has more corporations than every state combined?” A reminder that Delaware has less than a million people living there, it’s size, and an aerial view of their largest city Wilmington:

Yeah, that skyline is the base of more businesses than let’s say this city not to mention wherever the other 327 million other Americans live:

I’m willing to bet that there is a block in NYC that has more corporations based out of it than Delaware as a whole.

EDIT: I can’t believe this is actually true, but I’m guessing I’m eating crow. Mind totally fricking blown.

He has made a life out of lying to the people that voted for him (and the ones that didn't).

He truly has no idea what he's talking about. All of the questions hes being asked he had before hand so could prepare.

People need to understand that politicians do not care about the common man and certainly not the middle class. Nothing they do or say or pass will effect said politician. Frankly that goes for Republicans too.

Not to defend Biden but the majority of US companies are incorporated in Delaware.

You'd be wrong. Delaware is a huge corporate haven. Haven't you noticed that almost every random company is incorporated in Delaware? They are taking advantage of a favorable business environment.

Well….. I hate being proven wrong… but shite: Mental Floss

…………….HOW THE frick IS THAT POSSIBLE?! Who the frick outside of Pennsylvania goes to Delaware? The only reason I have been to Delaware is I literally got lost in Philadelphia and somehow made it there. I didn’t think it was that much of a business friendly place. Seriously, I’d think more businesses would be registered in the Caymans than Delaware. I mean what?! Of my mind being blown, this is near the top. I guess I’ll eat crow, but how does a state the size of a football field and have the population of a large university have that?!

Barack Obama chose him because he was a white guy who wouldn't intellectually up stage him. Let that sink in.

This is wrong. LBJ was as shrewd a politician as America has ever seen. He was an absolutely dominating force on Capitol Hill and Pennsylvania Avenue.

Delaware had more corporations headquartered there than any other state.

It's a tax haven.
