Biden tries to take credit for Delaware being a tax haven, but last I checked US senators, Vice Presidents, and Presidents don’t write STATE laws. Am I wrong?

You’ve been wrong since October 26, 2001.
That is the official date the ideal and experiment of American Constitutional Republic officially died. It’s been a slow steady downhill ride back to hyper concentrated federal authoritarianism and extreme wealth for the government and poverty for everyone else.
We will ride this bloating corpse until it erupts in revolution or civil war or we are crushed under its weight and relegated to poverty and starvation. What’s an absolute shame.
