Is he the player who challenged fans to meet him and fight after a game or was that someone else?

Ehhh you may be the idiot here.

That guy has struggled with depression for a long time. Even before coming to LSU. This isn’t from brain trauma. This is real everyday life for him. Have you ever listened to him when he is on with TBob?

Nah that was someone else. O-line, though. Charles, Cushenberry, or Weathersby I believe.

Edit: It was Weathersby

I road in an elevator with him Freshman year at LSU. He is one big dude!

Hope he gets the help he desperately needs. Hopefully a close friend or relative makes a courtesy call to the authorities for him to offer him the help he deserves.

Im a proponent of society not giving enough attention or care to mental health.

No 2 reason: Vertical jump to conclusions higher than actual vertical jump potential in your family?

It’s not CTE. His issues are caused by abuse experienced as a child.

Severe depression, preceded by the trauma of physical, sexual and emotional abuse suffered as a child, nearly caused former LSU and current Los Angeles Chargers offensive lineman Joe Barksdale to take his own life late last year.

Please take the redirect your CTE subject matter expertise (SME) posting energy towards reaching out to Joe. He needs you more than this board needs your CTE SME.

And yet you refer to him as a head case?

Yes I know he has suffered from depression, that’s not what I’m talking about. The poster saying he didn’t want his kids playing football clearly meant due to the brain trauma that can lead to mental illness. I’m not arguing as to whether or not Barksdale has his specific issues as a result of playing football or not.

Something a bit more compassionate given the circumstances. The dude is obviously troubled.

Depression is an evil disease. Praying someone close to him or someone with the Tiger staff will intervene.

Hey, if someone is hurting real bad and they stumble upon your post...

You might want to add something positive to that person.

This is far from it.
