They didn't have balls to go after me, and instead went after the Wife and her workplace. Her boss was like who the f is jackdickmcgillicutty? There is ZERO proof who those posts are from, and nothing posted are against any TOS for your job, and even if it is your husband, your husband doesn't work here. Wife told me about it, and i cut back on posting.

I had someone get a hold of my name and number and I lost a contract, but after an investigation they determined the person had no proof and I got my contract back. I wasn't worried about it and haven't picked up any contracts from that place since, but they did just immediately drop my contract at this non customer, strangers word without even talking to me and I thought that was pretty shitty. I think they were more worried about bad PR than truth.

$48k was 4 months of pay for me. My contract ran until April 3, 2021 and I was bought out on December 7.
I still view it today as a bribe. No one just lets a high performing employee like me go like that, especially because we were understaffed. I was supposed to hire 6 more employees but then COVID happened and we had a hiring freeze. I have no idea how my department got shite done after I left - my production, automation and scaling code is what kept my department from drowning and I sure as hell did not share that code and framework with the team before I left.
