Nichols has never been racist in the past, and I don't believe she to be now.
She merely seems to feel that she is more qualified, and has put in her time, versus a peer she deems less experienced, and less skilled at same desired job assignment..
The skin colors of said two women in this storyline, make for simpleton takes & LCD deductions.
P.S. I'm lightly if not fully misogynistic on the matter. And feel many men, black and white, much more qualified than either lady.
