Indeed, it is the explicit objective of all things affirmative action. One would seem to need to be comfortable with the term "diversity hire" if one is clamoring for "equity" in hiring.

An ESPN owned video recording of her doing private things in her hotel room was circulated among her coworkers and released to the press. What she was doing makes absolutely no difference especially being it wasn’t a crime. She isn’t going anywhere.
