I bump the horn at lights sometimes, but I try not to react to people cutting me off anymore. Too many psychos out there like the guy in California who killed the kindergartner.

When I lived in Africa my horn was an extension of my vehicle. It was a necessity to use it.

Once every couple weeks, almost exclusively at people who are not paying attention after a light turns green.
If someone cuts me off, starts to merge into me, etc., I'm usually focused on making an evasive maneuver and forget about the horn.
