I will never turn a Choco Taco down. That said, they are never crunchy. The shell is more of a chew.

they opened up the ice cream freezer at work today about 2 minutes after i saw this post. I dug all over for a Choco Taco bc ive never actually had one. Got a Heath Klondike instead

The only thing that is better is an ice cream that I had when I was in Japan. It was a stuffed waffle type wafer that had hard chocolate inside and vanilla ice cream inside the chocolate. It was phenomenal.
