Comparing new truck to old truck - anyone do this?

So, I just traded in my 2016 F150 XLT for a 2021 Tundar Limited.
I traded in mainly because they offered me what I paid for it 5.5 years ago for the trade, but I have wanted a Tundra for a while, and wanted the V8, so I figured I should get one while I could find it.

I also understand that the Tundra is a bit of a dated design and interior, but that doesn't bother me too much, I mainly look for reliability when buying vehicles as my main point.

Anyway, had the F150 for 5.5 years and 29K miles, and have put 100 miles on the Tundra. First impressions are that the ride of the F150 was smoother. The Tundra seems a little clunky when shifting, but I'm not sure if that is normal for them till they get broken in a bit.
I wondered why they sell Shift knobs, and now I know why. I hate the one on the truck, much preferred the pistol grip one on the F150, but I'm not going to replace it.

Things I already miss from my F150 include the ability to see tire pressure on the console, as well as the transmission shifts. Also, when backing, it showing you the turning radius. I'm a bit surprised the Tundra doesn't have this as I would think that is just a software upgrade.
One other small thing is the compass on the center screen doesn't turn to show you your direction at the top, just a needle to point to the direction you are going. Would also seem like a simple software upgrade.
And no small center console tray, you have to buy one? Come on Toyota.
I was surprised to see the range at 615 miles when I started it the first time, and it says I'm averaging 16 MPG currently. I think my 5.0 in the F150 averaged 18 MPG.

It also has the Toyota tonneau cover, and I like have it so far. I did buy the tailgate lock to add, should have been standard on the Limited at least, it was on the XLT.

Anyway, just initial impressions. The truck will be fine, will last me many years, just curious when you swap trucks do you compare things you like vs dislike compared to your last one?
