Three more women have come forward in an amended Title IX lawsuit against LSU in regard to the university's mishandling of sexual misconduct allegations.

The complaint also adds #LSU coach Ed Orgeron as a defendant for failing to report a rape allegation properly.

Well, looks like we’ll probably be in the market for a new football coach soon. Can’t frick around when it comes to Title IX.

It's the exact same quote that was published in the articles last summer. Now they're just adding him as a party to the suit.

Nothing (regarding the football program) is different than it was last summer as it relates to the Title IX stuff.

He say she say. That might’ve been Ed O response but what was told to Ed O could have easily been “so and so slept with my gf” why would he respond “everyone sleeps with each other’s gf” if said person said it was rape. Seems like a another bullshite money grab to me and people are gunna start coming out of left field money grabbing

OR

Ed O is the biggest piece of shite ever

More women are joining the suit

These aren’t new women that story was in the original USA Today story

Also, the boyfriend was not saying he told O in the USA Today Story. He was saying he must have known.

It would also be crazy for the boyfriend to just avoid guice as if that's a part of life that just happens to people and you deal with it instead of beating the shite out of him. if any of that is true it says some really horrific things about lsu football.

Allegations in a lawsuit are just that: allegations. Proof of a claim like that will be a little difficult on a he said/she said basis. I expect that this case will go on for a long time unless some sort of settlement is made, and if it settles you will probably never find out what really happened. And don't say no one settles a case that has no merit -- sometimes high cost to defend or prosecute can get people to settle regardless of right or wrong.

I’ve said all along that I think Guice will be the one to take O down. Just have that feeling.

Also of note, "O" Rosy Finch Boyz, LLC was also added as defendant. Not sure exactly how that makes sense.

And the quote clearly shows O didn’t know it was a rape situation. If I remember correctly the ex player claims O made this comment to him but couldn’t say for a fact whether or not O knew the whole story. He obviously claimed O knew but that quote is clearly what someone tells someone who had their GF cheat on them, not what someone tells someone who’s GF was raped.
