He is from Tallahassee, FL and is only 49 years old.

Has SEC ties with Auburn in 2010-2012. Under his guidance, his hitters broke 7 school records and he also earned SEC Assistant Coach of the Year award.

First year at Notre Dame was cancelled due to Covid but posted a 11-2 record.

In his 1st full year, he only went 34-13 overall and 26-10 in the ACC. Took Notre Dame to a Super Regional and gave Mississippi State a run for their money.

I wouldn’t be opposed to atleast giving him an interview.

Let’s give the Notre Dame baseball HC pipeline to Baton Rouge a break for a while.

His next stop is Fla State since he is from Tallahassee and played there. Mine Martins son would have to kill it over there for genie to be an opening but I am sure Florida St is his dream job. I Willis be happy with Jarrett at Notre Dame or Bolt at Nebraska. My criteria is based on the product I see on the field

So he's not really a dark horse candidate, he's just a name you decided to throw out there. Some of you guys really need to work on your thread titles.
