If you existed in 2019 and 2020, you're a sole proprietership.

As far as CDFI PPP is, that is.

Do a quick search of your area code, or town and look at the names you might recognize. I live in an upper middle class neighborhood, with homes in the $275k and up range, and we still have 5+ people who absolutely don't have a business who received around 20k a piece. The state of Louisiana has given more money through PPP loans then states with 10x the residents we have, and I honestly doubt that this current administration does anything about it.
