This reminds me..when are they knocking out this whole area to build I-49?
Seems like it's been in the works since I was in grad school.

Definitely stop by Billy's Boudin. Get their pepper jack boudin balls. It's in Krotz Springs, about an hour outside of Baton Rouge. Worth the detour.
