Maricopa County had 2.1 million votes in 2020 and therefore required a large system to handle them and therefore the county would need hardware routers for the election. The routers would never be used for data storage because they could not support the amount of information.

If Maricopa County Election Routers Were Shared with Law Enforcement the Election Could Not Be Certified

Sure it could. Just not legally. Similar to everything else the filth did during the 2020 elections (and subsequent elections).

I have never heard of routers containing data storage. How does this sentence make sense?

Hawui routers were caught doing this. But that’s China.

This makes no sense. Whoever wrote this doesn't seem to understand the difference between a router and a server.

So I see a bunch of articles linking back to the Sheriff of Maricopa talking about being asked to turn over "routers" or digital copies of "routers". I wonder if he just used the wrong term because he's a sheriff and doesn't know better, and a bunch of sites have run with it and now we have a theory of illicit election results hidden in Cisco routers?

Some routers have a USB port to connect a hard drive that is then accessible by all devices connected to the router. I know most, if not all, Asus routers have this feature.

Because you don't know the back story?

The Maricopa BOS is refusing a court order to turn over ROUTERS claiming they large amounts of voter data storage..... and they don't have the passwords...

quote:

Deputy County Attorney Joseph La Rue said the county “cannot at this time provide the virtual images of routers” to be examined by auditors, citing “a significant security risk to law enforcement data utilized by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office as well as numerous federal agencies.”

“We had previously believed that the risk would be eliminated by redacting the law enforcement data on the routers and not producing it,” La Rue said in the letter. “But we were informed that redaction did not eliminate the risk. We also learned that if criminal elements or others gained access to this data, it might compromise county and federal law enforcement efforts and put the lives of law enforcement personnel at risk.”

Following it now?

Routers rout. They don't store data.

There's no reason to share data with L.E.

None.

Well, that's the point, but it is the reason being given, to deny access to the routers. That sensitive medical and law enforcement data might be seen.

I don't usually click on Jjdoc's links because they usually take me to Gateway Pundit. I hate the clickbait layout of that site so I refuse to go there. But I did check his link in the OP after I posted mine and yes, it is the same video. But mine is a link to youtube and not twitter.

They keep logs that contain the IP and the times of connection.

Ahh...this might the problem here. Not the actual routers but virtual images of the routers at time of election?
If so, those images would have sensitive info.

I see what is written but it still doesn’t make a ton of sense. Kind of like me saying “You can’t have my microwave, it will ruin all the frozen food I have stored in it”

I assume somewhere they left out the words network attached storage or file server or something along with router
