That's why they were persecuted? Doubtful.

Meh.

I think you have me confused for a Jewish state apologist. I’m just trying to provide accuracy in this conversation that inevitably splits into antisemitism on one side and Zionist support on the other.

OK. You seem to want honesty in the conversation. I do too.

It’s a fault. “My bad” has been universally recognized in the vernacular as a fault for at least 25 years.

No. He stated Israel acts as a place for us to operate in and genius wanted to know what bases the us operates. Two completely separate things.

Israel neither acts as a place for us to operate in nor hosts a US base. So why exactly is your point?

In 3000-2500 BC that was a pretty big deal. Especially when many kings considered themselves gods. Rome rules over dozens of not hundreds of religions, yet really only felt the need to crack down on Jews. Why? It’s because the Jewish religions first commandment forbade them from even tolerating other gods.

Same thing in Egypt. Same thing with the Assyrians. That’s a lot of it.

American lives and taxpayer dollars are not worth trying to solve a conflict between two groups who think a book written thousands of years ago entitles them to land.

Americans were over there fighting for two reasons. The first is because we have a very powerful Jewish lobby who were all in on Israel because they had developed a distaste for being the victims of genocide. The second is because the Palestinian question is inextricably tied into the wider regional politics, and we had to keep that under control because we needed their oil.

The shale oil boom in America liberated us from the latter and resulted in a cooling down in that region. This opened the door to the historic peace deals that the Trump administration brokered.

Aside from demonstrating his usual lack of intelligence?

For the first time in history, the United States on Monday established an official, permanent military base in Israel: an air defense base in the heart of the Negev desert.

Hmmm....

Cool. You hang onto that radar station as proof that you’re right. Next time you have a rebuttal point, just make it.

Are you saying I am wrong? Show where I am wrong.

Be specific.

Funny how they all scatter when facts are dropped. But they'll be back for the next thread and I'll be the idiot again. You can't fix their kind of stupid.

Outside of saying jeeesus, the Israeli sympathy here is fricking hilarious.

I mean, it's their party line. Which is hilarious when you consider that Jewish people vote overwhelmingly against republicans.

No because pre WWII they were extreme dicks to a welcoming population in the Palestinians, openly lied about people not being in Palestine during the Zionist movement, and used their influence in Britain most of all to completely frick up the Middle East.

*Aside: Britain gets a complete pass for their role in completely screwing up the Middle East and the Arabs. They completely lied and betrayed the Arabs in the favor of the French first and the Jewish People second.

Once WWII and the Holocaust happened, they (rightly) had the European/West’s sympathy and used it to their fullest advantage to make And own Israel.

Now, I’m not going to sit here and white knight for the Palestinians. Their actions over the past 40 years are terrorist actions. Back in the 90’a they were offered complete autonomy of the West Bank and Gaza Strip with Jerusalem staying an international/Neutral city and they said no. That was a HUGE olive branch.

But before we try to claim one side is right versus the other, read up on Palestine in the late 1800’s and the Zionist movement.

Now this guy knows what really went down with all this.
