And the definition of an indefinitely confined voter in Wisconsin is so loose that it’s pretty easy to legally qualify as such.

No, it’s not. And the state courts said so. After the horses were out of the corral.

People forget the Wi Supreme Court ruled that they did break the law.

They went as far as to say the votes did not have to be counted, but each vote had to be challenged individually.

The far right conspiracy theorists have tainted any real discussion about this so it can easily be dismissed as another conspiracy theory

I am not trying to debate you and may agree with you but please tell me what were these far right conspiracies that were being thrown around after this shite show of an election because I honestly think of myself as an average reasonable not very political guy and nearly all of the accusations made sense to me while this outcome we have been force fed to believe true simply on a "trust us" truly seems insane. Honestly this entire country feels like a twilight zone episode. Please tell me what were these crazy insane election fraud accusations.

You’re not totally wrong, but you’re not right either.

Conservatives “taking the high ground” for decades is a big reason we’re in this mess. Some say conservatives have been taking a knife to a gun fight for decades. I say come derivatives didn’t even realize they were in a fight at all for decades.

the issue is that there won't be will or support in trying to find the fraud b/c of the delegitimization from Q and 1-6-21

the non-Left doesn't have all of the media and tech institutions to keep promoting and protecting their CTs like the Left did with Russia-gate

I understand what you are trying to say, but it still doesn’t matter. frick the media. Put real evidence in front of a judge and dare him to ignore it.

Why does the right need the media to push this issue? Do you think lack of media support would stop the left? You think leftist voters would care? You think they would throw their hands up and quit because of wild tales of urinating on hookers in Moscow? Answer those questions and you’ll understand why the right gets its arse kicked when it comes to issues like this.

the media is a powerful ally

for example, just look at the popular sentiment regarding Russiagate v. Q-tards. one isn't even seen a a conspiracy theory because the media was complicit in spreading it and won't discuss it as such. the other is a lot less nefarious with less direct impact (i'm not giving 1/6 to Q fully here), but is a national laughing stock of a CT

imagine what Trump could have done if the media sucked him off and ignored his frickups like they're doing with Biden

quote:

Do you think lack of media support would stop the left?

if the left lost the media as an institutional ally, it would be dead for a generation or 2 at a minimum. the media is their 2nd most popular ally behind the educational system. it goes: (1) K-12 education (2) the media (3) unions and (4) college education

Trump was seen as an existential threat b/c he catered to just one of those groups (unions). if he (or a similar politician) could get the media on board? lights out

The media didn’t really support impeachment 1.0. They did it anyway. The media didn’t want to release the dossier. Dems leaked it through Buzz feed. The media tried to swift boat Biden during the primary. He’s now POTUS. There are other examples if that’s what you need to see.

My point is that it makes no difference. We don’t have the media and never will. Regardless of what’s put out there, the right will get blasted. A protest is now a coup attempt. A conservative thinker is now a white supremacist. A Republican rally attendant is now a domestic terrorist. Dominion narrative aside, this was NEVER going to be covered as anything less than an insane conspiracy theory. Ignore it and push forward.

Yes it is!

Here it is for you:

quote:

Under state law, people can vote absentee without showing an ID if they say they are indefinitely confined because of age, disability or infirmity.

Two county clerks this spring contended voters could meet that status because of the coronavirus pandemic and a stay-at-home order issued by Democratic Gov. Tony Evers.

The state Republican Party sued directly with the state Supreme Court and the justices quickly issued an initial order that said the advice from the county clerks was faulty.

The court ruled:

quote:

In its final decision Monday, the justices concluded the pandemic and the stay-at-home order — which has since been struck down — did not render all voters indefinitely confined.

On those points the seven justices were unanimous.

In fact this is what they said the the case Trump raised to that level:

quote:

“The plain language of (state law) requires that each elector make an individual assessment to determine whether he or she qualifies as indefinitely confined or disabled for an indefinite period. A county clerk may not 'declare' that any elector is indefinitely confined due to a pandemic,”

They even stated that:

“their ballots would not count.”

The media isn’t the ally of the Left. They are the Left.

Based on what? Nothing I posted in this thread is close to being partisan.

Subjective? Opinionated? Sure. Partisan? No.

How was them saying a coordinated effort to steal the election happened wrong?

How is having affidavits of shady shite going on in states false?

See you are choosing to ignore all that and say it's some crazy conspiracy.

Rules were broken, ballots were harvested and the left is trying to cover it up.

Again, that isn’t what you and bass are claiming. You both claimed the court ruled the law was broken and those votes wouldn’t count. That is false. The court made no ruling on the legitimacy of any ballot, they ruled only on criteria for legitimacy and that all ballots would have to be assessed individually.

Not one single ballot was ruled illegitimate in that case
