if they are calling for a state of emergency already, it may not be good. brown's family will get to view the video at 11:30am. then, it'll be released to the public.

Cops were executing a warrant, dude jumped in his car and the cops shot him as he drove away in NC.

I hate when they do this. It gives the family and their attorneys time to set the narrative afterwards and control how people view the video.

The video could show this dude posted up in the living room pointing an AR-15 at the cops and they'd still say he was unarmed, he was scared, etc.

I'm usually on the cops side on these but I believe all bodycam footage should immediately be made public when cops shoot someone. Sitting on it does nothing positive, people will always assume the worst and it will come out eventually anyway.
