Seriously, if there's on player who could make this an absolute playoff team, it's Chris Paul.

Name one player who could turn this team around right now. I say it's a matter of basketball IQ. On this team, it's low...

Would have definitely been the move last offseason, could have been incredible vet leadership for All the young dudes, and we’d probably be a 6 seed or better.

Oh well

I wish you guys will have common sense before posting again.

Like I said in your other thread, we don’t have money for him. Phoenix is paying him 40 million for a 36 year old player. Lonzo and Hart are free agents this year. Stick to your 2K trades and learn about salary caps before posting dumb shut again,

If we were going that route, it would've had to have been part of the Jrue trade. We could've figured it out financially, but we would've received less future assets (maybe 1 future first, maybe none).

ETA: ultimately it would've been a win now move for a team that wasn't going to win anything anyway.

CP3 works well on any team, in a vacuum. CP3 with a 40 million dollar contract, not so much.

If he was expiring this year. Maybe, but he expires in 2022. No way we will sign Lonzo and Hart while paying cp3 41 million.

I don't understand some on here obsession with making the playoffs this year. Sure it would have been nice but it's not the end of the world.

And adding CP3 to this team doesn't make us a title contender like the Suns.

If we want Point Zion, CP3 is not a missing link...

Now, a healthy Klay Thompson would be an argument, but not CP3...

If we went that route, we wouldn't have had Bledsoe and Adams on the books next season, which is almost a wash with CP3's 40 mil. It could've worked financially, it didn't make sense in future asset acquisition though, which is what the team was going for in the Jrue trade.

Point CP3 is better than Point Zion.

1) CP3 has an elite mid-range shooting
2) Is a better two-way player than Zion (very good on the defensive side)
3) Has PO experience

20 year old CP3 was still getting waxed by JJ Redick in college.

20 year old Zion is dominating the nba. Surround Zion with the the type of shooters CP3 has and Ayton instead of Adams and we might be undefeated.

Interesting stat I just found. BigPerm has the same number of NBA finals appearances as CP3.

Sure now go ask him. I’m sure CP3 would love to come back to New Orleans......

Cool bro, I get it. I respect CP3 and his impact on regular season winning.

But don’t post the cute graphic up there acting like you know something big. Everyone here already knows that shite.

You were fricking advocating that Cp3 should be our PG and hating on Point Zion, our 20 year old God, in the process.

You and every fricking poster who mentions Cp3 is literally retarded.

Cp3 was actually interested in coming to New Orleans, BUT ONLY if Jrue Holiday was still here. Those words literally came out of his mouth in a podcast this summer. So being as that situation would’ve been literally impossible to achieve, minus trading Brandon Ingram.

Yall really need to shut the frick up about CP3 every week. We know he’s good, There was mutual interest on both sides. We really just didn’t have a route to make it happen past trading Jrue directly for CP3, which would’ve been shitting on both Jrue and Cp3’s interests which is not something OKC or the Pels wanted to do.

So shut the frick up and go root for Phoenix or something.

Are you for real? You think cp3 is the only player that could turn this team around?
