Is there a kid’s sport which parents haven't ruined?

My daughter (9 - no pics) had her very first soccer practice this evening. As if soccer isn’t bad enough, the parents are the douchiest people I’ve ever spent an hour with.
I may buy her a pony if she will quit.

Rodeo might be pretty awesome.

Beer pong. Parents ruined that for us in HS

I was going to say, even though there are psycho parents in them, individual sports are the way to go. Much less drama and you control a lot more.

Just curious how did the parents ruin it?
Where do you live that soccer is just starting? Must be a wreck league

Drop her off at practice
Go to bar
Pick her up after practice
It ain’t hard

Cross country parents are usually the most chill. A lot of time runners themselves, so they just hang out around the tents and eat snacks

No fricking way. It's 10x's worse b/c they all come from wrestling backgrounds.
Wrestling parents are the absolute worst.

How does Lacrosse look these days. I don't know many people who even understand it, so they surely can't ruin it, right?

They were trying to get you to go away without being rude or causing a scene.
With your attitude, I don't blame them.

How old a kid? For teens, sport frickin’ is still wildly popular and doesn’t appear to have been affected by parents.
