Average weight gain of 37 pounds? And loss of average 25 pounds? Jeez, how much do these people’s weights fluctuate?

I lost about 25 lbs since this all started a year ago. Diet and exercise (and cooking at home) helps tremendously; but I'm also hitting a roadblock. Still want to lose 10-15 more but for some reason I'm stuck.

guarantee most of the weight gain has been happening well before this started, they just have something to blame it on now

This is a wonderful view of our society.

This was the perfect time for individuals to better themselves.

Clearly, that didn’t happen.

They're likely using covid as an excuse. They were gaining that weight before covid.
