Hell I've lost 15 pounds this month. It's crazy what an actual meal plan can do if you cut out soft drinks and drinking for a month.

As a gen X'er, I've lost 30 lbs since Covid, but I can't exactly say it was unwelcome.

Did they forget a decimal or switch the 4 and the 1? Jesus

I'm skinny at my height, and I still have to get about 2800 in. I think I'd look a camp prisoner if I consistently consumed <2000

I'm 5'11" and around 175lbs.. I never have an issue? I try to do it during the week so I can get my social drinking in on the weekends. I'm 33 and don't even work out - I often knock out several push ups and sit ups but that's about it.

The most weight I ever lost was after a DUI arrest (got wreckless) - went from damn near 215 to 165 because I was too afraid to go out and do anything and also didn't want to spend money since my lawyer was $$$$ and I wasn't sure how much my insurance would go up and what my verdict would be... I got lucky.

I'm 6'5" 205lbs. Maybe I have worms, I don't know. It's a pain to try to gain any kind of weight, and I eat as much and whatever I want.

How do you gain 41lbs in a year?

I'm just shy of it......and it blows my own mind. I was very fit for a few years before Covid. Decided to take a break from triathlon and distance running a few months prior to the shut down. Then stretchy pants every day and an appetite from someone used to eating for a person doing much more than I was.

Technically we are almost both 'overweight', but currently fall in the Normal BMI range. I don't know your age but I assume mid-30s at the youngest. How people get to the OBESE range is beyond me.

34. I used to hover around 175-185 until I started working out. Got up to 215 and stopped giving a frick. Everyone still says I look like a broomstick at this weight.
