Yeah, I was thinking of him. But not sure world leaders are in the spirit of this poll. If so, he would definitely be on the short list.

ETA: I read a graphic novel several years ago called Persepolis. Written by a girl who grew up in Iran and she talks about how popular MJ was there even under the ayatollah
