Philly 4 wheeler urban bike rider upset with Asian man for something and goes nuts (NSFW)

This is how things escalate from 0-1000 in the blink of an eye. The Asian guy is very very lucky this mental midget didn't kill him when he went back and picked up the gun to shoot him.
Another example of why dirt bikes and four wheelers drivers who create chaos on the city streets should be arrested and their bikes confiscated and sold at auction.
8 bans and 20 stiff warnings.

Yep, about what I would have guessed the criminal would have looked like.
These people are the worst, reminds me of years ago when a group of "bikers" did the same thing to a guy and driving his family around in NY I think.
