Is my math right? This is just astounding to me.
It is even worse since about only 53% pay taxes.

Per TaxFoundation.org, in 2017 143.3 million individual income tax filings were made.
$1,900,000,000,000 / 143,000,000 = $13,286.71 per actual tax payer basis 2017 data.

Everyone in a red state should be pissed. We just destroyed our kids future to bail out blue states and kind the pockets of politicians. It’s to bad republicans don’t fight back as a group. Seems like republican voters are like the politicians, just complain . We should be sticking together to fight back .

I was just thinking about that "down payment" line. The $600 came under Trump, so anyone who shrugs and says we're still technically getting $2,000 is missing the point.
But the OP... that's an insane amount of money going to wasteful pet projects. We'd probably end up with $200 instead of $1,400 if they went with $900 bil instead, and even that is a shitload of wasted money.
