Used to work with a guy who had the same issue he actually had a lot of control about not laughing at funny things. Naturally everyone’s first reaction was to try and get him to laugh and faint.

I stand up and head to the couch or something. This time, I made it about three steps.
My resting pulse rate is usually around 50 bpm. If it gets under that rate and I were to jump up and try to run, I get light-headed and feel like I’m going to pass out.
Everything gets like COD when a concussion grenade goes off near you.

Sounds like you are vagaling when you laugh and have a very sensitive vagal response...aka vasovagal syncope

The human body is so weird. I'm allergic to heat, so I break out in hives whenever it is warm out, or my body heats up (laughing too hard/working out which I can't do anymore, stress, anger). I gotta move somewhere colder

I had a knot along the back of my neck and my dr told me it was a fat roll. I had another Dr check it out and had to have some shite removed from my neck...not fat.

No. I think there’s been a time or two where I get lightheaded with some severe coughing. Same thing with constant puking on a bad hangover, but never passed out.

I’ve never actually passed out, but I’ve gotten close a couple times. It was happening during a time when I felt like shite a lot and went to the doctor and had high BP. Don’t know if they’re related or not, but it hasn’t happened since I started medicine for the high BP.
The closest I ever got passing out was driving in traffic in Nashville. Somebody said something funny and I was driving. Laughed hard and got close enough to passing out to where I could feel that feeling where everything gets fuzzy. Freaked me out.
