My daughter lives in Austin Texas. Her apartment has no water due to winter storms so they can’t flush toilets! But there is plenty snow on the ground outside. I told her to fill up an ice chest and dump snow in back of toilet, let it defrost then flush!! Worked perfect!!! Crazy times we are living in!!

Or just take a dump in the ice chest, take it outside and empty it on the snow. If they had snow in San Francisco, that would be an option.

This is neither crazy or relevant. We filled our kids’ bathtub 2 days ago as a precaution for this exact scenario in DFW area
