The Quack Attack is back Jack!

Looks pretty good. Hope some of the old ducks make appearances.

We all hate how hollywood keeps recycling shows and movies, but clearly it works otherwise we'd be getting a lot of other stuff.

That being said I cannot deal with the combo of 90s-00s nostaliga with 2020's agenda shoving. I am not saying I don't think a woman can coach hockey blah blah blah. All I am saying is that when I watch anything Mighty Ducks, I am looking for throwback nostalgia feels. NOT current times polictical agenda pushing in my face. If I wanted that, I'd just turn on CNN.

Will give it a try only because EMILLLLLIIIIOOOOOO is in it, but they better have something great that the trailer isn't showing to keep me watching.

ETA: Lauren Graham could still get it from me despite her age catching up to her . She had that something something in Bad Santa

One thing that bothers me about movies and shows is when they get lazy with the bullies. For instance, in Shazam they have them beat the shite out of the disabled kid while everyone watched. Maybe I'm naive, but that would never happen.

The line the guy from Letterkenny says about not even playing if you're not great just seemed so over the top and ridiculous. Maybe it'll fit in the show, but it came off as a really exaggerated thing a coach would say.

At the end of MD3, wasn't Bombay back to being a hot shot lawyer?

Successful attorney, turned famous hockey coach, then a minor league stint, then back to successful lawyer.

Now he's a townie bum with a run down ice rink? Guess he got back on the sauce.

Looks good enough to give it a shot. It doesn't look cheesy / campy like D2 or D3, which I'm fine with. The original is by far the best, and if Emilio has a big role, this could be very good.

Any chance they bring back the "Oreo line"? LINK

Looking back on the original, I kind of laugh how they cast Memphis-born Lane Smith, with his thick Southern drawl, as the head coach of a Minnesota hockey team.
