If he was 5'9 at that weight I would be in awe. He's 6'5 though. I'm 195

Dunking at 6'5" 320 is somewhat impressive. It's not "holy shite coolest thing I've ever seen" impressive, but that takes some serious spring to push 320 up in the air like that. Looks like he wears that body weight very well.

Sorry but that’s dang impressive. His hop step on the way to the goal and his movement in general just screams athleticism

you can argue, or not, whether it's impressive.

But it was very fluid- which screams agility. Which you need in your OTs (and will always want in your OGs).

It’s impressive but not the craziest thing in the world. My younger brother is a D2 all conference football player and is 6’7 340 and can 2 hand drop step dunk with ease.
