I made a resolution to stay away from political news going into the new year. Needless to say, I didn't hold-out terribly long after the events at the Capitol on Jan. 6th. I'm now curious to know what the Election Board or Political Talk board looked like just as the "riot" unfolded last Wednesday afternoon. Can anyone link the best thread covering the play-by-play of the incident?

The woman that was shot has aged 19 years since this board (actually the election board) was as convinced she was 16 as they are of election fraud. They were as right in both cases....

Nobody is at least describing to him how people on here were reacting? Strange.
I'll give you a little insight. It was a mixture of celebratory encouragement sprinkled in with about 15% condemnation.

Well, there was one user who testified to having been in the building during the "protest", but I can't link to it because Chicken deleted/removed the evidence.

I was there.
Not a riot.
They were ushering people into the building. They wanted a riot to happen.

You picked a fine time to attempt an apolitical life. A person literally cannot get away from politics these days.

It really wasn't a riot. Not when only 100 or so people are involved.
Almost a 0% margin of people that went to the rally had any intent to cause a scene. When are right wingers ever anything but too docile?
I dont buy that this was an organic real situation. The liberals feared that day, and chose to get their boy Soros playing the games he's best at.
And yes, I'm sure some bone head Trump supporters did follow like lemmings but i am VERY proud they didn't all just turn into a wicked mob with as justified as their anger all is.

if i recall, and i'm being completely honest, it was a mostly peaceful protest by patriots\trump supporters that turned into some half assed riots when the dem paid Antifa\activist\agitators were brought in to mingle with said patriots\trump supporters.
