Was the burning of the Minneapolis police station an "assault on democracy"?

That looks mostly peaceful to me. Don't you know how bad it was when that racist cop let the guy overdose on his watch?

Taking over part of a city.

Deeply troubling?

Apparently that area does not need police. They were just clearing the blight.

You can't assault an idea. Especially with a hyped up group of other ideas wearing horn hats.

What about barricading cops in a burning building and occupying city blocks and leaving decapitated animal carcasses on the doorsteps of DHS staffers and burning down multiple Republican campaign HQs across the country and storming the Capitol to block the Kavanagh nomination and throwing bricks at the White House and costing the nation upwards of $3 billion in riot damage and running Republican politicians off the road and shooting at Republican lawmakers at a softball game...? I could continue but you get the point.

The people you are trying to reach, don't care. This is a plan.

Of course not! Also, you are a racist for not understanding why they were protesting!

Im sure AWS will be along shortly to remove you and all record of your existence from the internet thus cleansing the world of your wrong-speak.

Yes, but the Capitol building is next level over a police department.

It was troubling, but definitely not an assault on democracy. It was an assault on corrupt police, but also very wrong and should have been scrutinized more than it was.
