Take tylenol as opposed to advil and for your cough I want to say that I read (where I can't remember) that most OTC things won't help.

Probably should have started when you started feeling shitty, but zinc lozenges like Zicam.
If it were me, I’d do a virtual dr. visit. It takes 5 minutes, then you can get a drive thru test with results in 36 hours or so, then hopefully, if you’re a not a self centered dumbass, you won’t go to Walmart and pass it around.

I feel for you man. I'm going through a similar waiting game to see if I lose my taste/smell since I started feeling bad on Thanksgiving.
Got some aches, low-grade fever, but I also have no intestinal issues and have occasionally been hacking up phlegm.
Hopefully it's just sinus drainage/cold/flu.

I have it as well. Day 3. There’s nothing to it. I’m just tired as hell. Lost most of my sense of taste today, but I think my sense of smell is fine. Might cough once every 30 minutes or so.
Doctor just told me I was positive, gave me a printout to prove it, and sent me on my way. Said that this virus has lost a lot of potency in recent months. Said to go home and stay away from others, sleep in a separate room, and rest.
ETA: also have body aches and the shits off and on. TMI, sorry.

It was gradual over the last 2 days. I noticed it was completely gone today. Burnt some eggs alittle bit cooking breakfast and got worried they were gonna taste like shite. Took a bit and couldn’t taste anything so I rolled with it.
