What can I do with a 10 lb pack of hog head cheese?

Someone generously gifted me a large cryo vac container of Manda Hog Head Cheese. About the size you find in a grocery deli counter. I know it's not from Best Stop or Billy's, but I'd like to find a good use for it. Can I freeze half? Anyone use it as a meat base for dirty rice? I love it on crackers but I can only eat so many crackers. I want to elevate it.

Cut into blocks and freeze. Mix 1 lb of it with 1 lb of ground beef and make dirty rice.

I would use it for bait on limb lines and in crab traps, after you get sick from eating it.

I believe their loafs are 5 pounds. That’s some good stuff with crackers. If you don’t think Manda head cheese is good, you suck at life. It doesn’t have to be your favorite, but it’s tasty.

Throw it out and go get a more manageable amount from Bourgeois, Benoits, Bergeron’s, or even Jerry’s.

I frozen some last year...but wont do it again
