Rob Schmitt is a reporter who works for Newsmax and has tweeted that his mother, a medical worker, will receive the Pfizer vaccine next week along with her co-workers at St. Vincent's Hospital.

Am I an anti-vaxxer if I don’t want a vaccine that was rushed to production during a pandemic?

So what happens if you're a medical worker and you refuse to get it? You get fired?

Short of being developed by Jesus Christ himself, I ain't taking a vaccine that was produced in less than a year. And even then I might have some questions

Great idea. Once our medical workers are flopping in the ground like fish due to the side effects we can have Cuba’s best come over and finally experience some real healthcare.

The MSM and dems mocked Trump the whole campaign because he was claiming a vaccine in weeks. Yet not a word to walk that back.

Unless there has been FDA approval, this is fake news.

If not trusting a vaccine that was rushed to completion in less than a year makes me an anti-vaxxer then so be it. I do trust American scientists but something just doesn't feel right taking that vaccine yet. I'm going to let a few million people get it first and see how they turn out before I get the vaccine. Hell, I've only received the flu shot a few times in my entire life.

Can’t they distribute it while they are waiting for approval?

UPS is supposed to be the couriers for the vaccine “suitcases”. Been building special facilities for months. The boxes last ten days from pick up at Pfizer, then five days after opening. I believe 5k doses per box.

I have a feeling some are going to get “lost”

I mean, the tweet says that she will be "taking" the vaccine. I don't see how that is accurate.

If it said the hospital would be receiving stock of the vaccine, I'd believe that. The plan is to have these places up and ready to vaccine as soon as the approval is given.

Democratic governors need to form committees to study the virus first so they can milk their new found COVID powers

we see drugs that have been tested and fda approved advertised on tv everyday with side effects ranging from the flying shits to death.

And we are supposed to trust a drug that has been rushed out in months?

yeah, i'll pass.

Good. I'm not taking that shite but getting it on the street should take care of some of the COVID mania.

I wouldn't think they would be giving out a vaccine unless they know the side effects etc. I know that often takes a long time, but this was the entire goal to get it out and get it approved.

Some large broad would dump them in a gutter because they gave them to her on top of her route she already has to run and in the middle of the holiday rush and she ain’t having that.

Pfizer submitted the vaccine to the FDA for Emergency Approval last week. It takes an estimate 15-20 days for the approval to be granted which falls right in line with the timetable in the OP.

FWIW, I’ve been told by family members in healthcare that they believe vaccinations for healthcare workers with be distributed at the end of next week.
